Regensea Lines Ltd., an associate company, was acting as General Agents in Bangladesh for Hanjin Shipping Company and Hanjin Logistic Services Ltd. of South Korea, offering Main Line and Feederage services and freight forwarding businesses respectively.
Hanjin Group is a Korean conglomerate or Jaebol that includes Hanjin Shipping and Korean Airlines. Hanjin Shipping is the seventh largest container transportation and shipping company in the world.
Karnaphuli is with MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company Geneva since May 2012 – the second largest Container Liner in the world and in year 1 registered 35% growth in volume.

Karnaphuli also has JV with Pacific International Lines (Pte) Limited [PIL] of Singapore, representing shipping agency for Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd. and Advance Container Lines (Pte) Ltd of Singapore, engaged in MLO and feeder services respectively.

Sea Consortium Pte Limited, one of the world's largest and geographically most diverse feeder operator having an annual throughput of 2.5 million TEUS with a fleet of over 60 vessels operating out of six hubs and covering 143 ports, has a JV Company in Bangladesh with Karnaphuli rendering agency services to Sea Consortium feeders calling Bangladesh.

In addition, this Division has and continues to provide, successfully and effectively, logistics support in serving leading international corporations (such as HAM VOA, Hyundai, Occidental, AES, Demos, Boskalis) involved in major infra-structural projects in Bangladesh.
K&T Logistics Ltd., an associate company operates an Inland Container Depot (ICD)-cum-Container Freight Station (CFS), approx 2 km from Chittagong Port and within the premises of Chittagong Export Processing Zone where many export oriented factories are located.
K&T Logistics is a Joint Venture Company and our partner is Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd. of Singapore, K&T ICD cum CFS is the most modern ICD-cum-CFS in Bangladesh, handling export, import and empty containers.
